3. Course Access & Enrollment
Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to enrolled course content for personal, non-commercial use. Webvoid Academy reserves the right to update or remove course content to keep it current.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on Webvoid Academy — videos, notes, PDFs, code, and question banks — is the intellectual property of Webvoid Technologies Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Payment & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with notice.
6. No Refund & Cancellation Policy
All purchases made on Webvoid Academy are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once a course, bundle, track, study material, or digital product has been purchased. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that: • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, non-usage, technical issues, or dissatisfaction with course content. • Course access, digital downloads, and study materials are delivered instantly upon purchase, making them non-returnable and non-refundable. • Subscriptions or payment plans, if applicable, must be cancelled before the next billing cycle. 7. Limitation of Liability
Webvoid Academy provides educational content on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course in question.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.
